Damaged Products
In case your Diyas Decoratives product arrives physically damaged during shipment, please click a picture of the item and email it to support@diyasdecoratives.com, or WhatsApp us at +91-90358 34819 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for assessment.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to process a return.

Steps to Return Your Product

  1. Ship the product back to the designated address below using a trusted logistics partner.

  2. Before dispatching, ensure you click a picture or record a video of the product being packed and handed over to the logistics partner. This ensures protection against theft or tampering during transit.

  3. Once we receive the returned package, our quality audit team will validate the product. Upon successful validation, Diyas Decoratives will process a 100% refund, including the reversal shipment cost, provided the product is received in its original condition.

  4. Refund processing will take 3–4 business days from package receipt.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contactus@diyasdecoratives.com

or WhatsApp +91-90358 34819 if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the existing product and place a separate order for the new item after the return is accepted.

Order Cancellation
We only allow full cancellations—partial cancellation of orders is not permitted. To cancel your order, please call the customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate the refund directly to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may cause additional delays in receiving your refund.
